I’m currently working as a Systems Engineer for a company (I won’t mention the company name since it is my current employer) that I have been with since I completed university, (start date was 11th of July, 2016). I started out doing IT help desk work, I had a number of promotions from that to an IT Administrator role, and then again to my current poistion as a Systems Engineer. I enjoy working for this company, as the size and scale gives me a great deal of exposure to many different technologies.

My computer skills, as a student, were recognised by the IT department and I assisted them, on a voluntary basis during lunch breaks, after school and during school holidays, with general troubleshooting and the installation of school computers into various classrooms and computer labs, as well as installing networking equipment.
